Very disappointed. Either the language used is unfamiliar or mistakes are not checked. For example - 'Straight your arm out to side with palm facing upward and wrist bend back' Are these exercises translated from another language or is the writer non English? And the pages should be numbered. And what does '3 sets' mean ?

The phsio asked me a few questions, asked me to do a couple of leg lifts, and that was it. Didn't look at my posture, or manipulate me in any way. Just gave me some exercises, most of which were totally irrelevant to my condition. I paid to see a private physio, and the difference was unbelievable. This felt like it was just ticking boxes and a total waste of time.

I found it extremely difficult to understand information being given because spoken English was heavily accented.

I was very pleased with the service.I was suffering from back pain especially on the one side.Firstpoint Physio gave me some exercises to do everyday , it took about 4 weeks but in the end i was very happy because my pain was much improved .Thanks to my surgery for recommending them.
