    Once again Fittleworth have let me down. Placed order 2 weeks ago and catheters due Wed....still no sign 5 days later. Got text from dhl on Tues saying delivery tomorrow and goods not moved on tracker. Tried to call Fittleworth several times but unable to get through even after 45 mins waiting. Got through once and was put straight through to a survey to discuss the standard of service I received on call. Ran out if catheters on Friday and had drive 30 miles to a Urology Dept to get them. Still no cobract from Fittleworth. Absolutely shocking....new supplier needed

    I like many other reviewers have had delivery issues with my medical supplies have been let down and broken promises for my delivery due on the 23rd December 2022, did Not arrive, confirmed again for 24/12/22 did not arrive. Cancelled Xmas away because I could not be confident of having enough supplies. Again confirmed deliver for 28/12/23 has not arrived. You always have been in the passed a reliable service but unfortunately my confidence is not with Fittleworth anymore. Will be looking to change in the New Year. I was hoping to enjoy the New Year but again it all depends if I get my supplies in time, so thank you Fittleworth.

    Had urostomy prescription signed by GP on the 23/11/2022. Contacted Fittleworth customer care (that's a misnoma) on the 10/12/2022 to say I had not received my order. Got a reply 2 days later to say would delivery on the 15/12/2022 be OK. I replied to say it would have to be and that I was disappointed noone attempted to explain what the problem had been or apologise for the delay. Considering how important this prescription is to me, having to eke out supplies not knowing when or if my order was going to be delivered is a nightmare. I am contacting my GP to see if I can use a different supplier.

    Consistently let down on delivery quantity of colostomy bags blame always put on my doctors surgery. Frequently have to order from Amazon. One occasion operative simply cut me off and when I rang back I was not allocated a customer waiting number.I could not seem to get through at all. To be fair all other operators have been polite but checked with their supervisors even contacted my surgery but still I consistently have to rely on Amazon. This means I am using bags not approved by the NHS. How can this be allowed?

    fttleworth in the past have been fine but my last order was a let down! not only was I surprised to see dhl deliver my supplies but the condition was disgraceful!! the box had been collapsed and an attempt to reconstruct with parcel tape with a big hole in the side of the box. inside I had 5 destroyed boxes of stoma bags. fortunately the bags were ok but this was a totally unacceptable delivery for medical supplies. normally I receive my order from royal mail. I sent photos and a warning to fittleworth alerting them to which I received an email saying they would look into it. I also only had 2 bags of complimentary wipes and have phoned fittleworth today to ask for some more. after speaking with a slightly brash customer service assistant I was told they only supply 2 complimentary wipes and if more is required I can purchase them! I told her I would source another delivery supplier in the future!!
