I have to have my injection every 28 days. Always a problem getting it .stoke hospital sent my prescription to you on the 4th July 24 still no delivery date .told it is somewhere in our system. Just not good enough.

Customer service used to be good. They introduced a new phone system recently and since then it has been atrocious. We have medication delivered, and have to contact them the day before or on the day to get time of delivery. Calls are queued but apparently never answered. I was third in the queue for over two hours one afternoon before giving up. I've been first in the queue for over an hour so far this morning with no answer yet. If you are in the queue when the office closes you're just left in the queue - no indication that the office is closed, I presume you stay in the queue until the next morning when they start not answering again. I need to arrange to have someone available to open the door, but it's now apparently impossible to find when it will be delivered.
