   We needed growth hormone medication for a child who resides overseas and does not have the required treatment locally. we were fully prepared to have private consultation and purchase the necessary treatment privately. It took 3 days of hourly communications with the clinic and we were given nothing but wrong information, only to be told they cant assist despite us wasting hours sending medical reports, charts, etc. their entire concern was booking a consultation fee. absolute disgrace. It seems 'doctors' forgot the principles of their Oath in 2024
