I am lucky with my health, not requiring much interaction with our surgery but I cannot rate them highly enough when I have. The Nurse was wonderful and advised me to make an apt with a Gp. I called on Tuesday speaking to an incredibly polite member of the team on the phone and given a tele apt for today - Thurs, basically within 48 hours - fantastic service. The Gp called me just earlier. Polite, approachable, professional and friendly was my experience and I do not feel that fully gives the credit due. Actually talking to a Gp who not only listens to you but engages with you in a caring natural way is outstanding and a real testament to the outstanding quality of care She and her team obviously strive to give and succeeds in my opinion. Being able to ask questions was so appreciated. Thank you doctor for your time today I genuinely appreciated it, also to your team (The internet doctor is so overrated as we discussed). Ms 28/7/22 08:50 phone apt. (I am unable to leave names of the nurse or the Gp as the review site doesn’t allow - but you know who you are.)

I live in Swindon, but as i stayed at my parents in Telford. The GP in Stirchley Medical practice offered to register him as a temporary patient after we tried the 111 service (that advised us to go to urgent care which resulted in 12 hours wait and we weren't willing to do this again). They explained exactly what we had to do as we had issues getting through to our surgery for 3 days in a row which resulted in us having to go to the emergency department. The doctor there was not aware of the procedures that were explained to us which shows how professional the service is. The surgery made sure my baby was seen on the day, even found an appointment for us at Sutton hill, which is where we live. On another occasion few days later we managed to send a picture via email of my baby's new dimple like formation above his belly button,which is great as it could have potentialy been resolved on the phone. In this case he needed to be examined and again they did fit us in the same day! Absolutely amazed with the waiting times - great time management and they were very helpful and explanatory,which is not what I've seen in my practice. Thank you for caring for my child and providing the adequate help we needed. Emergency care should be used only when you have actual emergency, also waiting for 12 hours with a newborn is not great.. so thank you again!

My mum visited her local pharmacy at 84 Bridgwater drive Westcliff Essex for advice regarding a low heart rate the friendly pharmacist recommended a visit to her gp 1 phone consultation later was then taken into hospital on the Dr's advise and treatment/surgery given rapidly this took 2 days in total which I believe saved her life.
