I was referred through my GP and subsequent right to choose (under GP recommendation). I knew it was a newly opened practice and was slightly worried about organisation and waiting times. My case was picked up within only a few weeks. I had a health check and I had an extensive consultation followed by diagnosis and prescription of medication. I was contacted a couple of weeks after for follow up about how the medication was going and I received my follow prescription in a timely manner. I was followed up for 2 months before being discharged back to my GP. Anytime I try to contact the clinic I was answered timely and with kindness. I’m very satisfied with the service.

I've been trying to get through for over an hour now, when someone finally answers the phone, they are the most unhelpful person asking me to repeat my name over and over. Two years ago I was referred for an ADHD assessment, after an excruciating two year wait, your service finally saw fit to action my referral and I was diagnosed with a debilitating disorder. Over two weeks has passed since my diagnosis and I am yet to receive treatment or support for my condition. I don't know what makes you think that this is an okay way to treat someone, but frankly, I am appalled.
