I was seen in the AI clinic and received a call a few days later to say I had a suspected condition and needed to see a dermatologist. I received an Appt quite some distance away , drove there only to find out I had been sent to wrong clinic. Had correct appt 2 weeks later. Was in the Consultation for less than 2 minutes. Couldn’t understand the consultant as accent so strong , they stank of cigarettes, didn’t look at me when they spoke and looked completely disinterested. When I Mentioned the suspected diagnosis the dermatologist looked at me and said I hadn’t got it! . I’m Now waiting for another appt for a small procedure and have absolutely no idea what condition I may or may not have or any confidence in this organisation !!

I attended Health Harmonie Dunstone Business Village this morning for a skin biopsy. Dr A and his team were absolutely superb,taking time to answer my queries and providing the necessary reassurance and support for a procedure that I was anxious about. I cannot be more grateful for the excellent support.I also would like to thank the receptionist lady for her meet and greet politeness noting her helpfulness before and after the procedure.

I waited a few months to see dermatology at HH following a referral by my GP. The dr called me in to the room where a nurse was sat at her computer. She said and did nothing the whole consultation. She was sat there with ridiculously long acrylic nails, her watch on and reapplied her lip gloss during my appointment! Certainly not very infection control friendly or professional. The consultant asked me a few questions, checked my skin. Advised to continue with the treatment I have had before (treatment that I advised did not work hence I was referred to them!). He spoke very softly, I had to ask him to repeat a few things which seemed to annoy them. It would have been beneficial to write down a treatment plan as if you do miss hear it or forget, you have it in writing. No information leaflets given either. Overall not a great appointment. Not a very warm, friendly or inviting atmosphere

I had a great experience. The team were punctual and efficient. They explained the process to me very clearly so I knew what to expect. They then explained the results to me and gave me extra information to read. An excellent service, thank you.

Visited dermatology Got caught in a traffic accident, my husband and myself called constantly and couldn't get through to basford directly to inform I'd be late. Took me 80 minutes to do a 20 minute journey to be told I'm being signed off! Why on earth could this not be done by a phone call? Then if I had continued concerns I could have a face to face. This is my second visit here and can't say I'd look forward to any more. Staff were nice, parking a nightmare

I have been in out of the system now with them for 4 years, getting discharged without treatment being completed, finally get a referral but when the hospital can't find this information they fob me off saying try us again in a few days, while being extremely rude. I have asked for them to contact me back and yet I'm left chasing my own NHS care. They are not patient lead, I feel it is all about figure. Patients are not a number they a person

staff are very kind and proffessional and the location and parking are easy to access. The treatment itself is very benefitial. I havent been able to find anything thats worked for my psoriasis until i was offered this.

If you like to see a doctor that doesn’t read notes from gp or look at your health history then this is your place! They will misdiagnose you and be as useful as a chocolate fireguard! You’ll be seeing the waiting area for long than actually in the appointment.

Went to an appointment for dermatology. After waiting 7 months for an appointment from referral from my GP. I arrived for my 12:45 appointment at 12:40, was called in on time and was out of the place by 12:47. Doctor asked no questions regarding my skin.. The whole reason i was there. I was told i had to go and find out what medication i had previously had from my GP. Shouldn't you have access to this before the appointment or inform me before i arrive at least?? After this appointment i was called to tell them the medication i had been on, alls i was told was collect my prescription from the pharmacy when there open. No discussion of what this medication is. Proceeded to ring the pharmacy and no suprise ive been given something ive already had multiple times which did not work. No recognition when i called to say i wasnt happy told me i had to wait until march for a face to face appointment. Disgusting!! Do not attend or wait for an appointment its a waste of your time!!
