    I went there for an ultra scan on my hand. It was nice and clean...parking great...staff courteous and professional...on time for the appointment ...highly recommend.

    I was very impressed for the short amount of waiting time between referral and appointment time for my mri scan. I had a very good experience overall. This service is very impressive. Many thanks to everyone concerned

    This was a copy of the review I left on their questionnaire: I was disappointed with the basic checks that weren't done. Only my name was asked by the assistant and at no time was it asked or checked by the sonographer and no date of birth, address or other details were asked or checked by either of them. I was also surprised to see the Sonographer wearing jeans and trainers and not wearing a proper hygenic uniform. The Sonographers assistant also spent all of her time on Facebook whilst I attended my appointment. The basic professionalism and respectful interactions as well as representation of your company appears to have inferior standards, not to mention the fact that it was representing a national institution, the NHS. I can honestly say that the scan itself performed by the sonographer seemed in depth, attentive and detailed...it such a shame it was let down by the lack of other basic factors as mentioned.

    Please please sort the horrible rude lady working in the building on the left. I had to use the toilet there as guided by the MRI staff. But the lady said I'm not allowed to use the toilet. I have never experienced this. I'm a patient with a appointment and I had to go toilet before my MRI scan and I wasn't allowed. I'm very very angry and upset about this. Even the MRI staff were disgusting with what I experienced. Please if you could contact me as I'd like to explain the situation.
