    I was very impressed by the attentive hearing I was given and was told exactly what was wrong and how to deal with initial arthritis.The exercises given are excellent. I am more mobile and active in just few days of doing those exercises and the pain is hardly there

    I saw dr Kumar Devendra in July 2024, he was an amazing dr. He was very empathetic, caring and understanding. He took his time assessing my situation and advised me of what to do. He explained in details and ordered more tests to make sure that my symptoms are dealt with properly. All i can say is that this dr was amazing and he made feel comfortable and calm. Thank you dr Kumar Devendra.

    I had an MRI scan recently at the Global Clinic in Norwich. I was struck by the quiet efficiency and speed of the service. The staff were very polite and respectful. I was seen on time. There are no parking fees, which reduced the stress of a hospital appointment.

    The best was that all phone calls were answered promptly, no waiting and no answerphone. If only this was still the case with all NHS services!!

    I did not have to wait beyond my turn. comfortable seats especially because I had sciatica at the time and struggled with most chairs. The ambience was peaceful both inside and outside matching the Riverside name. Fantastic and patient staffs too.

    I attended the clinic yesterday 05/07/2024. I was treated with the upmost respect. I was kept well informed. I will be attending again. I’m having my lymphoma and lymph nodes treatment. Scans & such. If they offer treatment too, this is were I feel safe. I’m so grateful to the . Sorry I can’t name you personally. You know who you are. Beautiful, kind & warm people. I feel so much safer in their very capable hands. Thank you so much for the opportunity NHS to be lucky enough for you to send me here. I’m so grateful 🥹.     I attended for MRI Scan yesterday at the Harold Wood Polyclinic, Complex Mobile Unit yesterday evening. It was a long process, and the procedure lasted approximately 1.20 hours. It was uncomfortable, but the staff tried very hard to make everything as bearable as possible. It didn't help that I'm disabled as well. They treated me with dignity and respect, and were very professional. I would highly recommend this unit
