  1. Review titled Disappointing

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Lovely therapist, however the contents of my discharge letter left me feeling very disillusioned as all the session were now for nothing. I feel I haven’t been listened to as an individual and patient centred care was replaced by a generic narrative.

  2. Review titled Completely useless and made me feel worse

by Becky - Posted on 13 August 2024

Given a link to this instead of actually being helped. Everything on here was completely obvious and nothing that a 2 second Google search would have given you. The supporter function was just completely limp and added nothing, felt AI generated. I have been trying to get MH help on the NHS for 6 years and this is the outcome. Good mental health is only for people who can afford to go private.

  3. Review titled Not useful at all

Rated 1 star out of 5

Have to keep repeating myself felt like therapist was not reading what I wrote lots of gaps before replies ( must be dealing with other clients at same time) didn’t send information she said she was going to, very frustrating

  4. Review titled Waste of time...

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 July 2024

Kinda lost interest on using this after understanding that the "supporter" changed each time and each new "supporter" seeming less interest in the one before. Feel as though things I had said went unnoticed. When asked to share things with the 'supporter' etc, I then share to someone else picking up the message or it not being picked up at all. And then the default replies that are recieved feel very much a copy and paste job. What's the point in having reviews with different "supporters" and only having three total where the work being carried out in-between seems to be recieved disingenuously. Shame, because I felt invested in the tool. But it all feels very much like a stop gap. I left a similar review to above for final "supporter" review and it felt as though the contents fell on deaf ears.

  5. Review titled Not worth the time

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 July 2024

I got referred to silvercloud and there was no to little help or support. Not worth the time invested. If you don't login in often they kick you off it. Clearly been designed to out source to reduce demand on nhs face face therapy. I recommend paying for a therapist privately yourself as nhs therapist are still months waiting lists.

  6. Review titled Awful service

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 June 2024

This is clearly just a cost saving service to stick as many mentally ill people on as possible so you can say you are treating them. It's nothing more than a self-help tool with a "supporter" attached. I was referred to therapy by my GP and told that while waiting for therapy I could use the SilverCloud service. I took one look at the clunky interface and one size fits all CBT style "therapy" and knew it wasn't for me so decided not to engage with it. After a couple of weeks I got a threatening letter in the post saying that if I didn't engage with SilverCloud I would be discharged entirely and be unable to access any therapy. So now I've been forcing myself to log in and do the modules, which are just as pointless as I thought they would be, just to access the face-to-face therapy I need. Why is the NHS gatekeeping therapy? This service has made me feel more hopeless than before it's shocking! I'm sure it ticks a lot of boxes for you, so that you can pretend you have more people in therapy than you actually do. It's a total disgrace.

  7. Review titled Waste of Time

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Pauline - Posted on 30 May 2024

I was referred because of a long standing phobia that has been getting much worse.I did think I was getting somewhere but was then dumped unceremoniously because I had used up my allotted time, I didn't know I was on a time limit and this came out of the blue, I agree this is a tick box exercise that doesn't realise it's dealing with real people with real problems

  8. Review titled Apparently they can't help

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Ann Smith - Posted on 22 May 2024

Truly awful experience. I gather my courage to reach out. Am told that I need a specialist help, I am bereaved that's all. Unhelpful and better if it wasn't there to be honest

  9. Review titled absolute waste of time

by Anonymous - Posted on 31 May 2024

all of the content in the program is something that you could find on google, and my “supporter” was off sick for a whole month which i was not informed about until i called them up about it. i do not blame them for being sick, but the fact that i was told i was expected to just carry on on my own with the program even though the whole reason i was there was to be helped by someone. you are better off watching cbt videos on youtube. my supporters messages also made no sense half the time, contradicting themselves and giving answers to questions i never asked while avoiding the ones i did. to wait for therapy for years only to get this instead of actual help has only damaged my mental health further.

  10. Review titled Poor service , tick box exercise

by Marm - Posted on 23 April 2024

It's starts with a survery then you wait for a specialist to be assigned. Then you get a specialist and even though I asked for specific times to be called I.e kids not around I get 4pm. If you don't respond you get a message saying you will be dropped from the service, not are you OK. My problem with this service is the lascj of human contact, which is ironic giving my issues Also sending me an email to let me know there is a message waiting I'm not going to read it straight away. So why not pick up the phone and call me. Let's be honest this is a tick box exercise so someone can say they've helped x amount of people. If someone was to dig further you will see that ieso is there for profit and not care. My advice to people, seek other help, CALM mind worked for me. I've started my own support groups for men like myself Shame on ieso and nhs for this sham service Interestingly I told my specialist that I'm leaving and he's yet to reach out, thanks for the support pal
