    Being a privately run service they could not offer me an appointment at a place or a day convenient for me. Tthey don't provide a comprehensive service, only specific days at specific sites. An NHS service could refer me to a bigger range of NHS sites. The person on the phone was abrupt when I asked for alternatives and hung up on me, so apparently I will not be getting this test.

    Friendly staff made the whole experience easy and relaxed. There was a short delay, which I was informed of, I was then escorted from the hospital waiting area to the mobile unit, where the whole procedure was explained, and carried out with efficiency.

    I was treated with very care throughout the procedure. The complete crew made me feel calm and comfortable, they were very professional about the process and completed it without fuss or delay

    Had MRI scan 2 weeks ago in Golders Green and was told it would be back in 5 working days and 2 weeks later still no report. Why do the GP’s in Barnet have to use this company when they can’t send the report back to GP. I had to wait a few weeks to get this appointment and being in pain in my legs and back, which is getting worse, I want to know why, so I can get treatment. This pain is keeping me awake at night and all this delay is making me depressed, as once the GP gets the results back and it’s reviewed, still have to wait weeks to be able to get an appointment to find out the outcome!

    Arrived at an 8am MRI appointment at South Petherton Community hospital. Due to a short notice staff sickness, ‘F’ couldn’t operate the MRI alone, due to the risks. She met me in reception about 4 times throughout the morning to give a very apologetic update, about her efforts to locate a replacement colleague to allow remaining MRIs to commence. After about 4hours an additional person arrived after a 90 mile journey. Quickly, they got organised and completed my MRI and said they planned to work through lunch to try to catch up a little. ‘F’ was exemplary in her kindness and communication throughout the experience. Gave a choice to rebook many times. I wanted to wait to complete the check as I had taken the day off work. A good example of how her communication and honesty gave me the choice of what to do.     Had Sigmoidoscopy carried out with Inhealth unit at Leicester General Hospital on 3rd May 2024 the team that carried out procedure were absolutely brilliant in every way very carrying professionals. A creed to the unit at the Leicester General Hospital.

    booked for 0910hrs. arrived as requested at 0855hrs. 0925 told that there was a 30 minute delay. 0940 called forward for scan. I wondered how 30minutes could be lost at that time am. doubled my parking fee.

    Easy to access at Asda Cribbs Causeway. Superb facilities and efficient welcoming staff. Everyone was very helpful and explained the CT procedure clearly and patiently.
