After an unsuccessful round of ivf elsewhere, we tried Kings and could not have been happier with the service and care provided. The nurses, embryologists and doctors were knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us clearly and accessibly. After one unsuccessful round with them, we had a long phone call with the consultant who had an idea to tweak and change our protocol to maximise the number of eggs and suggested Pgt-a testing. This round provided us with double the number of embryos we'd had in the previous two rounds and the Pgt-a testing enabled to identify the one which stood the best chance. The embryologist spent a long time on the phone explaining the pros and cons of everything and was extremely patient, supportive and kind, helping us make the best decision for us. The Fet of the first embryo we transferred on this round was successful, and we are now expecting a baby girl. We couldn't recommend this clinic more highly in terms of their personalised and expert approach to the protocol to maximise chance of success and their kind and supportive approach to care.
