Impossible to see an actual GP for an issue with a previous ankle injury. Now sat here waiting for a LIvi appointment for over an hour and still no GP assigned to me. Oh well, guess I’ll leave it, end up off my legs, completely immobile, and costing both the NHS and Social Services an absolute fortune then. Great plan!

As most GP practices operate Mon to Fri, being able to see a GP, via Livi, during weekend, allowed me to get treatment at the right time. Livi GP took time to understand my condition. Very happy with their service.
