My visit to Mayflower Health Alliance Limited was sadly quite intimidating. I had a gynaecology appointment on Saturday afternoon. The waiting area is particularly small. A few chairs in two rows facing each other. I felt quite uncomfortable having an already anxious and intimidating wait for an intimate examination whilst sitting opposite two men in the rather close waiting area. This was an unsettling experience. Mayflower should be more considerate of their female patients. Some of us have had bad experiences with men and would appreciate a safer environment to wait for what is already an anxiety causing consultation. I contemplated leaving. There should be somewhere for women to wait separately for gynaecology appointments.

I visited Brentwood community hospital on 23rd July 22, the staff & lady who carried out my minor op were brilliant, so kind, friendly and patient focused, Ruby & Jewels you are a credit to your dept. Well done
