My wife and I live in a village with poor internet connection. Earlier in the day I had a blood test and was expecting the results the following day. Unfortunately my land line, which is now not here, was contacted. Blissfully unaware we were trying to be contacted all evening. Then at 12.30 at night we had a mobile call saying that the lovely Hannah was outside our door!!!! We were both very shocked but she was brilliant vey calm cool and kind. She stood down the fire engine and ambulance !!! She was professional, understanding and very efficient what more could you ask for … So thanks and gratitude to the amazing NHS and a super big thank you to the lovely Hannah
