I want to congratulate and praise a recent surgery in Hampshire for their amazing out of hours service I experienced on Saturday 24th August 2024 for a re dressing of a cut on my hand. The nurse I saw was an absolute breath of fresh air and really lifted my day with her cheery happy positive attitude and I cannot thank her enough for her attention to detail and kindness. She was extremely personable and is a huge asset to the NHS and should be recognised for the outstanding job she does.

I went to Twyford practice to see a Doctor.I cannot thank him enough for his great attitude, sense of humour and understanding. He was a breath of fresh air and I hope I see him at my practice next time when I go back for my checks. I am so grateful to him for his valued time.
