In the beginning they were great, getting appointments set up very quickly and the doctors themselves are good. But after being booked on a few tests, I have heard nothing at all. I was told my condition needed to be treated urgently, most likely with surgery, but weeks have gone by with no communication. I had to ring the GP surgery to find out if I had cancer, 3 weeks after a blood test! It's disgraceful to leave people wondering like that. I understand that the NHS is very busy, and I don't expect to be booked for surgery with 24 hrs of diagnosis, but I don't see why they can't take 10 minutes to ring with an update on what was found. And there's no contact information for the doctor / department that saw me, so I can't even ring to find out. Also, they've sent me all over the county for appointments that could have been done over the phone. What a waste of everyone's time.

I have been trying to speak to someone for the past two weeks and no one ever answers ! There is an answering machine but yet again no one responds to that neither . I wish I didn’t need to go through Modality .

I’ve been asked to make an appointment with Modality community services but it is impossible. After many calls over the last 3 days it has been impossible to speak to a person and after waiting in a queue the call is ended . This Company is Unfit for purpose and patients should not be referred to them .

After taking over my local practice to turn it into a money making machine you can no longer get an appointment, get anyone on the phone and yet any time you go there it is like a ghost town and A&E is completely full because GP's cannot make appointments. It is ridiculous as they have ruined healthcare in the south.
