  1. Review titled Appalling service - Profit Over Quality

Rated 1 star out of 5

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. Doctor freely admitted to me he had almost no experience in quality of cannabis flower. They are pushing patients to receive Althea flower which is gamma irradiated and extremely low quality. When I asked to switch to non-irradiated they refused my request with no justification. Follow up appointment missed by the doctor - I had to call the clinic to ask what was going on. Requests for holiday letters for travel abroad went unactioned. Same for requests for a copy of my prescription - then a blunt response advising the pharmacy provides this, not the clinic. Having experienced their service I would recommend they are avoided at all costs.

  2. Review titled One of the best clinics in the UK

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My experience with MAC was fantastic. The team is friendly, quick, and super professional. They answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Overall, they're excellent at what they do. Highly recommended!

  3. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

We're on month two, and I've been left for over a week now with no medication, no contact from M.a.c to check up, and made to feel like a problem at every turn. It seems that M.a.c ensures the new business and then drops the patient once they're in and paying. Some of the issues: - Appt was incorrect, my time was wasted, getting an apology was like blood out of a stone. Doctors also seemed unconcerned by this experience. - Unprofessional administration arrives via emails, texts, several numbers etc. - Total lack of customer service, especially for this premium price. - Every consultation £50.00 until you become 'stable', this is not affordable and will make people chose to stick with a product that isn't working because they can't afford to try things. - Handed to a second pharmacy in the second month, now they supply chain issues, no contact again, no warning of the change, requires more personal information/documents and verification required which is more risk to patients. - I am working too hard to make this prescription happen. Let's put this in perspective...The year was 2020: a global pandemic struck, the world shut down, and guess how many times my cannabis supply missed? Zero! And if the reliable supply chain isn't there, then it's not responsible to continue taking on new clients and not delivering medication they need to function. While the head doctor seems to be knowledgeable and pleasant in appt, unfortunately it doesn't matter if the rest of the experience is awful and the product doesn't arrive. I have had to ask them to consider affordability and accessibility, especially for patients with high levels of sensitivity and reaction, and while I appreciate that this apparently led to a meeting about why a patient might need to try samples instead of spending £170.00 for a new form of product in a cost of living crisis, I have to ask....why on earth did this not occur to you unless care and access was not in the goal? So far it seems like a soulless private healthcare company and I feel ripped off.
