   I wish I could mention your names but it won’t let me!! From Scotland and Nottingham - you helped my father with a bad back. Honestly we can’t thank you guys enough the care you gave was brilliant but what made the difference was the communication, the smiles and the kindness you both showed my father. As family members you respected us and involved us. We and especially myself cannot thank you enough. Pls don’t change that compassion - it made everything easier. Both a credit to your team ty
