The staff at Thornbury were professional,polite and explained everything what would happen which made me feel at ease. The aftercare was also excellent. I would rate the whole experience as 5 star.

Thankful to be referred by my GP (nhs) to One Health and the service and support has been amazing. Great people and my consultant is so lovely, he listens and explains everything clearly.

All went well with plenty of information and fantastic theatre staff. The only drawback was being last which meant a long day without food and even water, if you knew where you were in the queue at least a drink of water would be ok.

I had a consultation for dupuytrens contracture in September 2023 with the consultant in Sheffield and was told I would be put on the list for an operation. This took place at the Kinvara Hospital through the NHS on the 15th December 2023. The surgeon and the anaesthetist were both excellent and kept talking to me through the procedure. All of the staff at the hospital were efficient and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending the One Health group to anyone who would be able to access their services.

I attended the surgery at Ossett for a steroid injection. I was seen, on time. Everything was explained. I was offered a female chaperone. The two male technicians were very friendly but professional as was the Doctor who carried out the procedure. This follow up was carried out by another equally pleasant member of staff.

Only had a day's notice of appointment and had to travel approx 1 hour by car to get there. Lady I saw was very nice but I didn't feel I was any further forward with my problem. There didn't appear to be anything they could do for me, so a bit disappointed.

My wife's appointment for a procedure has today been cancelled for the third time. All at short notice. First time because the lift had broken down. On the second occasion she was actually prepped and ready to go down to the operating theatre well it was cancelled due to missing equipment. Now today it has been cancelled two days it was due to take place because they cannot get an anesthetist. As well as being in constant pain my wife is now totally stressed and very upset. This is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
