   This is the 3rd time Ive attempted to make an appointment in the last 6 months. When I call the number, nobody answers - even after 20 minutes. The auto attendant on the phone says you can book appointments online - but when I log in to the online service, appointment booking has been disabled (due to Covid) and never reinstated.
