Review titled Endoscopy staff was amazing.

Had to have an endoscopy in June, the endoscopy staff was amazing the day I attended even though they was running a little late came and told me the reason etc for this. was told the main results of the endoscopy within minutes of the procedure finishing, but biopsy's was also taken and that they would take 2 weeks to come back. And theses' would be posted out to me or through a follow up appointment with the requesting Dr. Nothing through the post in 5 weeks so called the surgery to be told a nurse would call me back and explain the results Nothing again, called again day after to be told again a nurse would call me back nothing again 6 times in total I called the surgery and to this day in July still waiting for the phone call or letter through the post I really don't think patient care has been taken seriously on this occasion.

I was referred on a fast track to the ENT clinic after having problems with painful ear infections, loss of hearing and ? Perforated eardrums. I had a hearing test, the gentleman who did this was good, however, I did explain that my hearing problems only started since the infections. When I went in to see the Dr he was very belittling and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to him. I went to the appointment to get advice about why the infections were not clearing up and if? I had actually Perforated my eardrums, as having seen a few clinicians at my practice had different diagnoses each time. He was very rude when I tried to ask questions and kept interrupting me regarding the state of my ears. He said I was deaf due to my age and made me an appointmentfor hearingaids...... Until the infections started I had no problems whatsoever with my hearing. I intend to get a second opinion and would not recommend this dr th anyone.

I was referred for a Colonoscopy. The admission nurse was caring and very personable as well as being professional. The Doctor and all the other staff performing the proceedure were great. They made me feel very at ease. The Dr took time to explain the outcome and chatted through out where appropriate. The nurse who provided care in recovery answered all questions posed and again was very personable. I would certainly recommend their services to others: some of the other reviews here do not reflect my experiences in any way! Thank you so much to all.

I checked in for a colonoscopy at 11:15 and waited over 2 hours to be seen. When I enquired, they'd forgotten about me. I was really nervous about the procedure so to be kept waiting in a GP waiting room for over 2 hours was terrible. Will never return.

Was referred for colonoscopy, read previous reviews which made me feel anxious. On arrival saw admission nurse, she was caring and professional. The Dr and all nursing staff performing the proceedure were great. The Dr took time to explain the outcome. The nurse who provided care in recovery answered all questions posed. Would recommend their services to others.

Audiologist was great with my 5 year old who has been suffering with ENT problems for 4 years. The actual doctor however was appalling. Rude, dismissive, asking me why I am there, rushed me out. He asked why my GP had sent me and I explained the frequency and severity of his ear infections, so he didn't even read his medical history. He told me my son's ears are fine (they were at the time as we have waited a long time for the referral appointment and it was at a point where he luckily didn't have an infection). He said my son can hear well so there is no problem. I was chastised for daring to 'interrupt him' when I said 'oh good' to the news about his hearing. After that, I tried to explain he has had infections from the age of 9 months, the ear drums perforate each time, he has had 9 in the last year alone but he was not remotely interested. I tried to ask a question and was basically shooed away. Felt so belittled that I came away feeling like I had zero answers and furious that I didn't get chance to ask them. 3 days later, my son has another ear infection starting. Wasted an hour round trip for literally 3 minutes with the most ill mannered doctor I have every encountered. So disappointing that we still have no answers despite waiting so long for an ENT referral that should have resulted in some sort of diagnosis. Waste of my time, and appalling he will be getting paid for that - zero advice, zero care.

Was referred to ENT. Consultant was absolutely horrible. He didn't let me finish, he rushed my appointment, he discharged me and said it was mutual decision when it wasn’t. There were two other nurses there who witnessed this. He walked out of the room before me and I was left alone for the nurse to escort me. The letter he sent home did not portray my experience.
