One scan done. Txt saying I needed another for the same thing, rang to question it, Male started to read off the wrong script then laughed down the phone, said I would ring back. Rang back, to be given a patronizing, rude female with no empathy. Explained that I had questions as to why another test was needed for the same thing? She said 'Well that's why it's called a RE-test!' (although there was no mention of it being a re-test in the text message that was sent, in fact it turned out to be two new tests that were required in the end one the same and one different) but that she couldn't answer that question 'I just book the appointments' Dire service, would never use again if I had the choice.

Awful sent referral back to g.p after allegedly trying to contact me, i rang them re referred via g.p on 6th no referral received, g.p’a secretary rang them & told me to ring back today & Still stating no referral dragging out from September bring back booking directly from the g.p

I waited for three months to get a scan, but I still haven't received one. I attempted to schedule an appointment multiple times, but all the locations they suggested were inaccessible from my location via public transport, unless I was willing to take multiple buses. Eventually, they called me to attempt to schedule an appointment, but I missed the call, and I was subsequently informed that I had been discharged because they couldn't reach me. The last time I spoke with someone from their organisation, they were very rude and argumentative. Dealing with this company has been a horrible experience, which is particularly distressing when you're unwell and in need of care.

I had an appointment for a scan due to a bladder prolapse. The nurse that I saw spoke poor English and didn't explain what they were going to do or confirm what I was there for. They didn't answer my questions and just repeated something not relevant to what I was asking. When the scan was over, I asked for a wipe to get rid of the gel on my skin and they told me to just the soiled paper covering that they'd been using. pml have not responded to my request to discuss this .

I had an appointment with physiological measurements in February 2023. I waited 1 hour at a general practitioner for my appointment. The medical professional didn't appear to be on site even though they had appointments later in the afternoon after mine. After 1 hour of waiting and no sign of them after asking if they were on site, I left.

I have tried 5 times to get through by phone because that was the only way they suggested I could get an appointment. Once I was on call position 68 and I waited hours to get through but I got disconnected.when finally I got through, the staff were very indifferent and unknowledgeable.

I have been waiting in a call queue for 3 hours!! Having had to wait weeks to get a doctors appointment they have referred me to pml and i now have to wait for someone to arrange an appointment. Useless system I just want to speak to someone!!!!!!
