My surgery reception recommended i try the first contact service for my back. I was called the same day- brilliant. That never happens in boro!!! Would 100% use it again. I was referred to a nurse about stopping smoking and weight advise that i had wanted for a long time. The call was so professional and the physio asked me to visit the surgery the next day. i was fully checked over and asked lots of questions about my health and given exercises that have helped a lot. The physio explained the service to me and made sure i understood about my back and he checked that it wasnt anything dangerous. He was really experienced. i felt really well cared for for a change not fobbed off with painkillers and was told i could call back if i was worried or anything changed. i would recommend this service.
