    Sciensus offer a singularly terrible service to patients. I can only imagine that they have an NHS contract due to ruthless cost-cutting measures at the DoH. Sciensus pushes patients to use their app, which is next-to useless for managing deliveries. I have missed deliveries because it allocates me a random day, of which it does not inform me. I only find out when a delivery driver calls me out of the blue. Most recently, I called their customer line on January 31st 2025 to arrange a delivery for March 1st. No delivery was attempted. I then spoke to the customer line on March 3rd 2025, who informed me that the system had cancelled my delivery without any notification to me. My delivery is now expected on March 14th 2025. It is just as well that I build up a stockpile of necessary medication as a buffer for such terrible service. Previously, I had to go five weeks without any medication, and it took a call to my Dermatologist for them to intervene with Sciensus on my behalf. This company should be put out of business for systemic errors and basic customer service errors with necessary medication.

    The app stops giving reminders when you are in the period between prescriptions being received from the doctor/hospital. I receive my injectinos every 2 months and the reminders work for the first 2 weeks after receiving the new batch but after that, it states you do not have an active prescription and stops reminding you to take the injections. The reminder disappears and you can't record that you have taken your injection or what injection site you used. I phoned to complain about it on 28 january 2025. I received an email stating that you have to have an active prescription to have reminders. So the period between receiving your prescription (which in my case is ever 2 months) you do not get reminded to take your injection and can't record what injection site you used to keep track of that. Do not trust the InTouch app for keeping track of your injection or injection sites as it will leave you disappointed. Get a notebook or similar as you can't trust the app.

    Arranging medication with the is a nightmare today delivered medication to wrong address no empathy not interested in sorting problems out staff talk like robots reading a script absolutely waste of public money
