I would like to commend, the lady from the booking office, who has been outstanding from booking my appt, to helping obtain my mri scan results. She went above and beyond her duty. She was very professional and caring and a credit to the company. The staff at the scanning unit were also very professional and put me at ease. I would highly recommended sg radiology, as it was very quick, thorough and an easy process.

Staff were very supportive whilst having the MRI scans, but have contacted the company 3 times since for the report but still haven’t received anything. Very disappointed in the service

I was referred by my doctors practice in Lincoln for an NHS mri scan at Lincoln Couny hospital . 'It will be quicker for you if you go to Louth or Sleaford'. I was told that the machines in both places were out of action. I'm still waiting and my ailments get worse without treatment. Who gave me this advice? Receptionists of course, doing their best. I don't have a paper trail of evidence , and as a pensioner I don't record my phone calls for training purposes!
