    I was provided with a diagnosis for adhd back in November of 2023, since then I have had nothing but issues - I was asked to provide an ECG result so that I may be verified that I had no heart problems due to a family history of them. This was not booked through the service, I had to schedule this with my GP, they would not send an email or letter to my GP requesting that this be done. I went to the GP and got this done within a week. For various reasons there were delays in getting my results, however a couple months after this, my gp informed me that because they had not received my diagnosis from Solutions4Health that they had nowhere to send it. I had to print off and provide the diagnosis letter severely slowing the process down. My doctor sent these results along a month ago now and I still haven't heard back from the assessor despite chasing several times. I'd avoid if you can.

    My son was not seen by a health visitor in the first 3 years of his life. There was no contact regarding his 2 to 2.5 year review and I had to phone many times to get an appointment which he had when he was 3.
