had my right eye done on the 2nd september everything went well my eye was very foggy for quite a few hours but on the second day it cleared got up morning after a bit blurry but absolutely fine by now and dont need my glasses for long distance worn them 72 years thankyou to everyone get the next one done in a few weeks x

All staff at the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch are friendly and caring and put you at ease from the moment you arrive. Explain everything to you. Had my first Cataract removed in August and the second one in September. I would highly recommend this branch.

Having had a cataract operation today in Carlisle I found all of the staff very professional. All members played their part ensuring the patients were looked after, from the members greeting to the surgeons performing the cataract operation. Well done everyone

I had my cataract removed last week and was delighted with the whole procedure right from the pre-assesment until the surgery everyone was so friendly and kind my surgeon explained everything to me and there is nothing to worry about what so ever I shall certainly be happy to have my other eye done when needed Thank you all.

I would like to convey my appreciation, admiration, and thanks to each and every one of your staff, from reception to surgery. Whatever the company mantra/philosophy/training is, from my perspective as a patient/client, it's apparent that it's working! Everyone without exception, courteous,caring,polite,professional, and happy, without being patronising/condescending. Of course, you would appreciate that as a first time patient/client, I would of been apprehensive/nervous of a cataract operation, and everyone as I've mentioned melted away any nerves/concerns I had, what a great team you have there! An extremely fluid, smooth process, relevant info/advice at every stage. If you would like to quote/use any/all of this,my comments for publication, please feel free to do so, I would welcome it!

Absolutely every aspect of my treatment was First Class, from initial referral to today's treatment....efficient, timely, polite, helpful and thoroughly professional. All staff members were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. At both the Pre-Op Assessment and today for surgery I progressed through the system with minimum of waiting and effortlessly. I found, from my contact with the porter on arrival to the final arranging of a post op follow up appointment, every member of staff to be genuinely concerned with me and my treatment.... genuine ready smiles, naturally helpful attitudes and manners leading to a pleasure to be dealt with by such a willing, profession team. This has been the most pleasurable experience for me being treated by such a magnificently dedicated team. Definitely 100 %, wonderful organisation....5 🌟 and 11/10.
