I arrived in good time for my appointment and sat for an hour in an empty clinic before being called in to see a doctor. After a brief discussion a sequence of actions / treatment was agreed. The subsequent actions by the doctor were not as agreed. I contacted Stellar Healthcare and after several frustrating conversations a referral for the agreed treatment was made. I now find a referral has been made to the wrong department and I need to begin the whole process again. It is now 8 months since I first contacted my GP about this issue. This is an appalling waste of NHS resources.

After seeing the Orthopaedic registrar in Sept 2022 r.e a chronic knee injury, my case was put on hold for 6 months - Since February 2023, I have been trying to contact via all avenues (emails, telephone) multiple times to no avail. This is causing extreme hardship for myself as I need this knee operation in order to be able to function better and have the ability to work. Very frustrating and disheartening.
