Elderly mum unwell for 6 days, I thought she may have a kidney infection. From first online communication with 111 through to the nurse attending mum was less than 4 hrs. Communication, assessment , triage, diagnosis and treatment was first class and avoided her being admitted to hospital. Within 24 hrs the antibiotics were working, confusion reducing and she was back on her feet. I cannot praise this service enough. I am a nurse myself with over 40 yrs in the NHS and I was truly proud to be part of this. Thank you so much

I approached the GP federation for help with my painful back. The receptionist at West Suffolk hospital was very helpful and understanding after I explained that I didn't know which way to turn as my own GP practice had been most unhelpful. I had attended physiotherapy as they had suggested but it really wasn't helping. The pain was getting worse. I was given an appointment with a GP at GP fed almost immediately. He was most helpful and patiently listened to my symptoms. He referred me for an Xray while I was there and gave further advice on receiving the results. I had my Xray then came away feeling that at last someone was listening to me. A very helpful and satisfying service. Full credit to both receptionist and GP. Many thanks to both. I will certainly recommend this service to family and friends in the future

True reflection of high quality care. Seen within 1.5hrs of calling 111. GP was very caring & assessed my daughter quickly. She had a lovely way with my daughter. Very pleased to have seen her today and a true credit to the nhs.
