   My mum who is 97 attended ophthalmic outpatients this morning. I just want to say that the care she received from the nurse she saw was exemplary. The clinic was busy but she gave my mum plenty of time, didn't rush her and kept checking on her well being. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks
