When somebody reaches out for help it is a big decision and sadly this has fallen short of what you would expect, appointments cancelled on arrival, very bad communication, telephone conversations booked in but dont receive a call, no reply from voicemails left and certainly no after care. I had a face to face appointment in Taunton, travelled got there to be told it had been cancelled, letter arrived week later and had been typed two days after original appointment, shocking practice!!. Coursework unread. Sadly I am unable to recommend such a unprofessional practice especially when people lives are at risk. I am still waiting for a call that was booked in two weeks ago. I have to say Nurse was good but my caseworker is/was totally useless. I was hoping for badly needed help but this place is certainly not helping me and my family through a very difficult time.
