Very impressed by the online service I received both in terms of speed of reply and positive outcome. Medication was prescribed and picked up from the pharmacy the following day. A great service. Thank you.

I needed my prescription to be fixed. I used the online consultation and got a reply within 24 hours. My chemist had the new prescription only 24 hours after that. Very pleased.

I have used the online system to submit pictures of 2 separate problems in the last month and was extremely impressed with how quickly the surgery responded and sorted out treatment. Both times I submitted on a Sunday and was kept up dated by text messages when it was passed to a clinician, and both times I had a call with treatment for my problems by the Monday lunchtime. Neither of the problems were urgent or emergencies but were still dealt with quickly and affectively. I’m really pleased to have this Dr surgery! Many thanks!

Too late for a doctors appointment, the surgery suggested a call with the clinician at Estuary View. The clinician called me within an hour and asked to see me. At the appointment I was prescribed medication. The whole process was completed within 2 hours.I cannot speak highly enough of the attention I was given Thank you

Cannot praise the dermatology department highly enough. It is the first time in years and years that i felt I was being listened to and not palmed off quickly with the same ineffective prescription. The approach from the doctor was nothing short of the best care available: Un-rushed, informative, caring, supportive and sympathetic. It felt like the best the NHS can offer; Probably, in fact, the best you could get from private healthcare also.

My mother was seen following a trip/fall (importantly to her, it was actually a trip not a fall). She had possible broken ribs and a head injury, near her eye, which required sutures. The 3 nurses who dealt with her were amazing and I can’t thank you enough for being so professional, kind and caring. The centre was very busy but you didn’t let that show, you treated her with patience and kindness. I’ve also been a nurse for 23 years and can recognise excellent practice when I see it. I wanted to show my appreciation for your job and your expertise. Thank you.

I recently had to attend Estuary View Emergency Department following an episode.From the moment we entered the unit we were shown real care, kindness and a sense of urgency. Every many of staff was very professional and reassuring. Thank you.
