   1. A combined project between the same entities rebranded and rebadged; 2. The trust at the ground level is confused as to its intended purpose, vision and mission, as far as can be gleaned; 3. The trust seemingly, is very much arms length and the notion it is likely to achieve the intended aims of the 2022 Health and Care Act to make it easier for health and care organisations to deliver joined-up care for people who rely on multiple different services, remains a mere pipe dream, consequently.
