   I had my Covid & Flu jabs here. Firstly, it was very poorly organised, the man on the desk saying “I’m confused, I have no idea who’s next”. Secondly, I was given forms to fill in, they had run out of clipboards, no chairs free and I have dyslexia. This totally panicked me and I almost walked out. I raised this with them and they explained they are new at this but they had clearly not planned well.
