After being informed by a local pharmacy, that what I needed was out of stock, I rang other local pharmacies without finding anyone who had what I needed. When I contacted this pharmacy, they volunteered to post something on a local internet forum, and found a pharmacy a short drive away that had what I needed. Cannot praise them enough.

When I checked my repeat prescription at home I found it was short of one item. I called them 12 times over a 2 hour period. The phone rings five times every time before connecting you with a voicemail which tells you it is impossible to leave a message. I live in hope that they will answer the phone at some point.
