   Al Shafa Chemist was fine until the new owners took over. Since then, I've had constant issues with my medication, either because it's out of stock or they haven't checked for outstanding prescriptions from my GP. As a diabetic, I've been without medication for five days because they forgot to send it. I have to remind them every month. Despite giving them multiple chances, they still fail to provide my correct prescription. The staff even agree there are problems with management not keeping medication in stock and not dispensing on time. This puts customers at risk, so I have decided to move to another chemist.
