Ordered medication for myself and partner, they messed up big style, told me mine had run out, I checked my patient access and repeat order approved in July. My partner got extra of one medication and one missing. I phoned it took 6 attempts before someone spoke ( other times it sounded like they picked up and put down the handset). Guess what they miraculously sorted mine, and will correct my partners. Just a pity they are the closest. 4/10

I had a number of medications to collect and was advised about the pre payment certificate by the very helpful lady who served me. This has been quite a saving whilst I am waiting for a diagnosis as my medications are becoming regular.

During early February, as normal I called into the Pharmacy to collect my prescription. one of your staff members ask me if i would like to have my heart monitored and my blood pressure checked, and that it would only take a short time to carryout. I was nicely shocked and said I would. my heart monitoring was good, however my Blood pressure was a little high your staff recommended the i should have a 24hour monitor fitted which would give my doctor a more accurate reading . i agreed. the results of the 24 hour monitor was that my blood pressure was higher than they would like, the findings were sent to my doctor and now I'm on a `low dose of blood pressure pills. I'm due to be reviewed again next week. i have also received a phone call from the Pharmacist whom checked up on me I'm so thankful Albert Wilde team whom have through their marvellous service have got my heath and wellbeing back on track. thank you all..
