   We purchased a non-prescription item from them but when we got it home realised we had been given the wrong item. We did not open the packaging and had the receipt so we tried to return/swap it the following day. They refused saying under no circumstances can you return items, saying it was irrelevant whether we had opened it, and it would have to be destroyed. We would definitely not be buying anything there again. The manner we were spoken to also left a lot to be desired!
