Prescription not ready only just received from the doctors went back later not enough tablets went back five days later just got medication in 10 minutes before you go to collect didnt give me enough went back just leave you waiting until theyve finished talking then its an inconvenience . Happens everytime

We have previously used the former Higgins Pharmacy for our prescriptions for years without a problem, then the business is taken over by Allied Pharmacy and things changed dramatically! The monthly prescriptions we have submitted have been seriously delayed that I have had to go the pharmacy to pick them up, most of delays resulted in us running out of medication. It happened this week for the last time as I went to get my prescription which I had waited over a week without receiving it, I had the misfortune to complain to a member of staff that was not only rude but tried to tell me I was never due to have it delivered, a complete fabrication, as we both have a delivery service. At no point was there an apology for the problems they caused me. I am changing my pharmacy from this shambles as soon as possible! Avoid!!!

very basic dispensing pharmacy not a place for usual chemist shopping. It is like somewhere from a deprived area in fact it was a bit of a dump with stock on the floor. I booked a covid jab on line for 9.45. I arrived early as there is nowhere to park and you have to find a place in a side street. The person who does the vaccine was in the room doing nothing when I arrived but for some reason they have decided they start vaccines at 10am. So they left me sitting in the dreary place amongst the stock on the floor for half an hour for no good reason till well after 10 till they bothered to give me a vaccine. If you need a covid jab book somewhere else or book after 10.
