   Went to collect my prescription. The staff were under a constant barrage of abuse due to a pharmacist not being booked for 02.01.25????? This was not the staffs fault. A higher ranked representative should have been sent to explain to customers why they couldn't get their meds etc. after a bank holiday. My hat goes off to the staff who were left to deal with the fallout. Unfortunately the prescriptions were ready for collection so we couldn't go elsewhere. I think a bouncer on the door would've been more appropriate!
