   Their telephone response is awful All I have done is call them to see if my prescription is ready to collect. It should be. They normally send a text message. They have not done so yet - and my request went into the surgery a week ago. There must be some sort of problem. "Your call is now first in line" And it has been like that for 37 minutes - Over half an hour Total time waiting for them - 51 minutes. And I have emailed them. Nothing happens
