I use this pharmacy on a regular basis and was concerned that standards may change or drop when it changed hands recently. However, all of the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Always happy to help and advise. I am so please, as I moved to this chemist as it is essential to me and the local community. The staff know their regulars and new customers soon become regular because of the good service. I have a long list of repeat prescriptions and needed an early repeat recently as I was going on holiday. The staff were happy to order for me, as I was unable to on the NHS app, as I was ordering before my reorder date. They refilled my prescription and sent me a text to collect. They even followed up on a mistake made by the GP surgery to ensure I had what I needed before I left on holiday. Great service. Thank you.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. I went in the store for advice on medicine for my child and the staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My partner has acute medical issues and need a lot of medication,I have to visit the pharmacy 3 to 4 times a month. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always ask after my partner even though they’ve only met her on a couple of occasions. I would be lost without their dedication and help. Thank you all you,re the best.
