   Staffed by 18 year olds, who prioritise having a chat about Ucas applications over telling a patient that’s been waiting for 15 minutes, that actually the pharmacist on site has left the building and the prescription can’t be issued. Left waiting without any update. Unprofessional - not necessarily the inexperienced staffs fault, but more leadership required from higher levels to ensure adequate training is in place - basic etiquette when dealing with a customer should be mandatory.
