   went to pick up husbands tablets he is nearly 70 they gave him 2 boxes of Sertralne which i now know are an anti depressant! He is not depressed has never had these could have been so dangerous if he had just followed the directions on the box. Or if he had a carer who just handed them out as she could have thought theywere new tablets etc. This Is Not On Very Dangerous. Do Not Just Tell Me Mistakes Happen This Is A Life!!!!
