Having realised I had only got two of my three prescription items after returning home, I called the pharmacy. I was told that one was out of stock and the person who served me had forgotten to tell me this. I was further told that I should return later to pick up the item. When I returned I was told that the item was unavailable and I should contact my Dr to resolve. A phone call to save the effort of returning would have been the least I would expect here. I was unaware that the pharmacy had changed hands but it is now obvious as the customer service has suffered. Poor.
