After phoning around several pharmacy's to get the drug I needed (national shortage apparently) they were very helpful on the phone and I was able to collect within the hour. Great service, quick and efficient and polite staff greeted me in the shop.

Only being open four week days out of the week, closing at 5pm and over lunch times seems really out of touch with the needs of the village. Most people have to collect their meds after work or during lunch. Staff are friendly when you go in but you usually have to wait a few days for a prescription to be filled. This is a real barrier to those who suffer with mental illness and struggle to chase up on things as well as multiple hurdles like the opening times as it can mean going weeks without your prescription. Also the opening times listed on Google are wrong which is really frustrating. Wouldn't take much to update it and from the other reviews it's clear it hasn't been changed in ages.
