The pharmacist did not dispense my prescription correctly. I collected my prescription ready for a holiday, I needed a specific amount of tablets to cover me for my time away but when I checked the bag when packing, there were tablets missing. I had very little time and a lot to do, so taking another 45 minute round trip to Asda plus wait time at the pharmacy was extremely inconvenient. Make sure you check your prescriptions and save yourself additional stress and trips backwards and forwards!

I decided to change my nominate pharmacy to Asda due to it being easier to park the car to collect your prescription. After using this pharmacy a handful of times I’ve decided to go back to my normal pharmacy due to a bad experience on every visit. The counter staff (one person) speaks to people with attitude, I witnessed her talking to a Ukrainian woman appallingly early today as well as myself. The tone was abrupt and the person had no patience due a language barrier which I found very offensive an unprofessional. Not only that, the pharmacist books lunch breaks at different times, sometimes at 1300 till 1400, and other times at 1730till 1800 and these times are the only times I’ve been available to visit and I therefore have to make another trip to go back when they’re open. One comment when I waited 30 mins just to pick medication up the counter person in a condescending tone said” we’ll the pharmacist has been here since 8am you know “ I don’t need to be told off for asking how much longer. Just dreadful experience on every visit. They also mentioned they are 2 days behind with prescriptions! Not good enough I’m afraid. Will not be going there ever again to pick up any prescriptions have already changed my nominated pharmacy.
