   I came to collect an overdue prescription as they hadn’t messaged again. First words from person serving was ‘ oh I know about this and don’t think it’s here’ Immediately back is up and start to query. Person then starts to cut in that they need my details to check but is oblivious that they’ve annoyed me at the start. Meds are in but the person then decides to argue that it does state a specific brand - only as that one does not contain aspartame- the other brand ( which they gave me last month as I still have the box- has two types but a good pharmacist can use their discretion to hand out. Obviously going down hill as I asked could I gone back and prove but the person wasn’t listening at this point. Seriously needs retraining as a professional would have sorted this out last week!
