My son's allergen milk was unavailable from his usual pharmacy, the pharmacist was amazing and helped me find an alternative and sorted a prescription for me within 10 minutes my son had a suitable milk! I honestly am so grateful. I work in pharmacy myself so know the abuse and nasty words they get on a daily basis but they handled matter very professionally. I was willing to pay but the pharmacist ensured he tried to get it for free.

Every time I collect prescriptions there is an issue. There is always a long wait, even if no one else is waiting/ being served, they can't find something, haven't got the correct medication etc. The last prescription I have tried to collect, has so far taken 3 attempts and I still haven't got it! 1st visit - not ready, can I go back. 2nd visit - can't find it. 3rd visit - left work to collect, arrived at 5.30pm to be told it was shut till after 6pm. Even though website states open till 9pm. I will have to go back a fourth time to collect and then a fifth time as I was told on the phone when I rang to make sure it was there - there isn't enough medication to complete the prescription. It really is the absolute pits!! The only reason I use it is that it's supposed to be more convenient with opening hours and work. Credit where credit is due, there are a couple of staff that are really helpful, unfortunately the same can't be said for all.
